Empty Nester's Contemporary After the last of their four children graduated from college, this couple decided to renovate the 1907 Edwardian flat they called home for nearly 20 years. The update of the home included exterior as well as a complete interior gutting which included the homes only bathroom and the kitchen. Contemporary touches were mixed with Asian accents that celebrated the family's Chinese heritage.
